We offer six services. Some families use one. Most start with one and add another as needs change.
Personal & Companion Care
Dignified assistance with daily routines, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders to keep life running smoothly — plus the conversation and company that make a long afternoon shorter.
Dementia & Alzheimer's Support
Specialized, patient care tailored to cognitive needs, ensuring safety and familiarity in the home environment they know best. Our caregivers are specifically trained in dementia and Alzheimer's support and work to protect the routines that keep a person grounded.
Respite & Recovery Care
Essential relief for family caregivers, and structured hospital-to-home recovery support to prevent readmissions and ease transitions. If you're the one holding everything together, you're allowed a break.
Transportation
Transporting from the hospital to home, from home to doctors' appointments, and to other care services — with a caregiver who goes in with them, not one who waits in the parking lot.
Cleaning Services
Cleaning to provide a safe environment free from clutter and injuries. Clear floors and clear walkways are one of the cheapest fall-prevention tools there is.
Travel Buddies
Assistance to provide support before, during, and after travel. A Travel Buddy can assist with personal care and mobility support, so a wedding, a funeral, or a visit to the grandkids stays possible.
Building an aging-at-home plan
An aging-at-home plan is a structured, proactive plan that puts companion care, personal assistance, and safety checks in place before a crisis occurs. Most families call us after the fall, the hospital stay, or the phone call from a neighbor. It works far better the other way around.
Here's how getting started actually goes:
- Submit the form on this page, or call us during office hours, and tell us briefly what's happening.
- One of our local care coordinators contacts you within 24 hours to talk through your family's needs.
- We schedule a complimentary, in-home consultation — no cost, and no obligation to book care.
- Together we write a customized care plan: which services, which days, which hours, and who's coming.
- Care begins, and we adjust as things change. Nothing about the plan is locked in stone.
Families often tell us the consultation itself was the useful part — the first time somebody sat at the kitchen table and laid out what was realistically possible at home.
